Located on the ground floor of the complex, it’s within walking distance to the Town Centre, Settlement City Shopping Centre, the Marina, and a nearby playground, making it ideal for both families and couples. The main living area is on the ground level, with both bedrooms and the bathroom upstairs. Guests can enjoy access to the sparkling pool within the complex, plus the convenience of undercover parking. With shopping, dining, entertainment, and the waterfront all just a short stroll away, this property is the perfect base for a relaxed and well-located holiday.
