Bay Parklands Estate at Nelson Bay is positioned over 5 acres with established gardens and plenty of grassed areas for the kids to play, it is a family friendly complex which offers a communal solar heated swimming pool, indoor communal spa, tennis court with night lights. All this and an easy 200 metre level walk straight to Little Beach which is perfect for children as there is a fantastic children's playground and the water is perfect to swim as it is very calm. There is also a popular picnic area with BBQ's and toilet facilities, a great restaurant and bar at Little Beach Marina Boathouse. If you're after the surf beach than beautiful Shoal Bay beach is only a short 600m walk away.
