This stunning waterfront home is only a few minutes walk from town and situated in a quiet corner of the Paynesville canals. ‘The Beach’ features 3 bedrooms (sleeping a maximum of 6 people) and 2 bathrooms, making it the perfect getaway for a romantic couple or for a family to enjoy together. Spend your time indoors or outdoors – it’s up to you. The downstairs living room opens onto an expansive deck, which attracts sun all day long but protects from prevailing winds. Modern, comfortable furnishings and a well-equipped kitchen make it easy to spend time indoors. The private jetty berth is secure and offers four-point mooring to protect against the elements. Whether boating, holidaying or just getting away, you’ll find it hard to leave when you’ve got the beach at your door.
