Quirky & Comfortable Self-Contained Loft Unit – Sleeps 4 Nestled in a peaceful and private setting, this light-filled, artistically renovated loft unit offers a perfect retreat for up to four guests. Some original features of the property has been kept to reflect the character of the area. It’s neat, clean and comfortable. With a kitchen, bar fridge, climate control aircon, and a cozy TV nook featuring Netflix, you’ll feel right at home. The en-suite bathroom adds to your comfort and convenience. There is a comfortable queen sized bed on the lower level and another on the loft. The loft is accessible with stairs from the dining area. Step outside to enjoy the lush, fenced private garden, complete with a spacious deck and seating area for 4 with an outdoor dining table – ideal for relaxing or enjoying a meal al fresco with automatic solar lighting for night time. Located just across the road from a skate park, basketball court, and the Upfield walking and bike track, you’ll have plenty of outdoor activities to explore. Public transport is easily accessible with Moreland Train Station, tram routes (19 & 6), and bus routes along Moreland Road all just moments away. With your own off-street parking bay just meters from the entrance, convenience is at your doorstep. You’ll be only 150 meters from the lively Sydney Road, where you'll find a range of local attractions, restaurants & shops. Brunswick is amazing. The best part of Melbourne by far. People are quirky you could say. There is always lots going on, pubs, music events and public transport is very easy. This property is only 150m from Sydney road where you will find hundreds of restaurants, live music venues and interesting shops.
