Spend your time relaxing in this beautiful newly furnished property that is so conveniently located you won’t want to leave. With a lovely outdoor deck area, you can enjoy the sunshine in the morning along with afternoon warmth, and with great amenities, you will feel right at home. Take a short stroll to the beach. Less than 500 metres to the serene white sandy beach of Capel Sound. This lovely home has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and sleeps a total of 5 guests. The open plan kitchen/dining/lounge is light-filled and has great views of the deck and garden area. Two good size bedrooms with full linen included and a bathroom and separate laundry. Located close to the beach, this beautiful holiday home will not disappoint. Bring your children, family, friends and pets along. The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying, loud parties are prohibited. Extras in this home include: Washing machine Dryer WIFI Lovely entertaining area with BBQ Microwave and Nespresso coffee machine Blender Coffee machine Study desk Highchair Smart TV Dining area Games and books Kids bike Scooters Carport and driveway HEATING & COOLING Split system in the living area Guest access BEDROOM LAYOUT - SLEEPS 5 PEOPLE Bedroom 1: 1x Queen Bed Bedroom 2: 1x Tri Bunk Bed (double bottom/single top) Linen and towels are included in your stay. Lost or damaged linen/towels may incur costs. We ask all guests to please clean the BBQ after use, or fees will be charged.
