Welcome to our comfortable 3-bedroom home in Cheltenham, perfect for families or small groups. Each bedroom features a queen bed, sleeping 6 guests. Located in a quiet, family-friendly neighbourhood, you're just minutes from Westfield Southland shopping centre, cafes, local parks, and Cheltenham Station for easy access to Melbourne CBD. The beautiful beaches of Beaumaris and Sandringham are also just a short drive away. An open plan living and dining area. Unwind by the electric fireplace on cooler nights, surrounded by stylish modern furnishings. The dining space seats six. The kitchen is fully equipped. Off the kitchen, you’ll also find a laundry with a washer/dryer combo for your convenience. The bathroom features both a bath and shower, with a separate toilet for added practicality. All three bedrooms have queen-size beds. Step outside to the fully fenced backyard. The home also offers a secure single lock-up garage with an EV charging point. The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants, so we only rent to mature guests who will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house will be used for relaxation-style holidaying; loud parties are prohibited. BEDROOM LAYOUT - SLEEPS 6 GUESTS Bedroom 1: 1 x Queen size bed (Sleeps 2) Bedroom 2: 1 x Queen size bed (Sleeps 2) Bedroom 3: 1 x Queen size bed (Sleeps 2) All linens and towels will be included; however, lost or damaged linen/towels may incur costs. We ask all guests to please clean the BBQ after use, or a fee will be charged.
