Centrally located on Brunker Road in Adamstown, our 3 Bedroom Cottage, sleeps up to 5 people and is the perfect family getaway. The beach is only 10 minutes away and all other key points in Newcastle are also 10 minutes away. Walking distance to local cafes and the main shops on Brunker Road including Post Office, Chemist, Butcher, and Foodworks. 10 minute drive to Merewether Beach, 5-minute drive to McDonald Jones Stadium, 8 minutes to Kotara Westfields and Restaurants, and 14 minutes to the center of Newcastle. Celebrations Bottle shop is next door. Bedroom 1 - Queen Bed, with large wardrobe space, ceiling fan, and split system airconditioning. Bedroom 2 - Queen Bed, with large wardrobe space, and split system airconditioning. Bedroom 3 - King Single The front of the premise is a Retail Store which operates Mon-Fri 8.30am - 3.30pm. You will have your own private access up the driveway.
