This stunning north-facing contemporary-designed waterfront home is located at The Inlet, one of Paynesville’s beautiful canal developments. This home features 2 master bedrooms and 2 secondary bedrooms which comfortably sleep 11 guests and boasts three levels of waterfront decks overlooking the canal and the magnificent Lake King with views across the mountains and beyond. The private jetty provides direct access to the Gippsland Lakes, 90-mile beach, and rivers and estuaries of the Gippsland Lakes system for boating and fishing enthusiasts. Enjoy fireside dining whilst overlooking the Swans in the canals and Lake King beyond. This property is child safe and family-friendly, with a secure entertaining deck with a lockable child gate extending out from the large living room. For peace of mind, all balconies are secured by lockable sliding doors. Whether a boating break, family holiday, or romantic getaway this property is certain to exceed your expectations.
