Located on the second floor in the popular child friendly complex Bay Parklands with beautiful established gardens and manicured grass areas for the kids to play.   The stunning dcor reflects the coastal lifestyle in the open plan living area which flows out onto the huge wrap around sunny balcony with outdoor dining, gas BBQ and sun lounges so you can relax and take in the peaceful filtered water and park views.   The living area provides the comfort of a cosy leather lounge, large flat screen TV, iPod dock, DVD player and ceiling fans for those that don't want the air conditioner on.
