Please note that there is a non-refundable 4.5% charge when you pay with a credit/debit card. All guests are required to complete an online insurance/security form before checking in. Please note that the lift replacement project will be commencing on Monday 20th May, both lifts will be out of service for the initial 2–3 weeks. After that, they will be working on one lift at a time for 24 weeks.
