Spend your holiday exploring Goolwa Beach, surfing, swimming, coffee, or brunch at acclaimed Kuti Shack or perhaps utilizing the club for a wine and a cheese platter is more your style. There is an open plan living, dining kitchen area opening out onto the back outdoor living area and the dunes. The living has a combustion stove for winter warmth and ambiance plus 2 reverse cycles split system air conditioning. There is a wall-mounted TV with free Netflix, books, and board games. Plus, a table tennis table that can be found in the garage to play a game. The kitchen is fully fitted out and includes a dishwasher and coffee machine. All cookware, serving ware, and cutlery are provided. There are four bedrooms (if all are booked). The bunk room is locked unless 7 or 8 people are booked in. The beds will be freshly made for guest arrival with sheets, pillowcases and quilt covers. Bath towels, mats, hand towels and tea towels are all supplied. The property has 2 new bathrooms. There are two showers, a bath and two toilets. Best Beach, Walks & Parks Bird hide Bird Hide, Goolwa – far end of Barrage Rd, past Bristow-Smith Ave. Birds to see include Caspian and Crested Tern, Great Crested Grebe, Eurasian Coot, Comorants, Raptors and Pelicans. Bristow Smith Reserve Nature Playspace “Nature Playspace” Bristow Smith Reserve, Goolwa – located on the river, its features nclude a wooden climbing boat, logs, ropes, tunnels, swings sculptures and a carved tree! Popular with adults and kids alike. Head to Barrage Rd, Goolwa South. Wharf Area Goolwa Wharf Area, Goolwa – lovely walk along the river. Boats, wharfs, pelicans, wet lands, parks and more. Hayborough Best Beach, Walks & Parks Encounter Wetlands A lovely walk particular in windy conditions as its far more sheltered than the beach. Located at Matthew Flinders Drive (on the other side of Tabernacle Road) this reserve has shelters and a walking path to enjoy this natural haven. Encounter Wetlands is an attractive parkland area that utilises the natural wetlands of Encounter Bay. Esplanade Nothing beats walking along the ocean – there is a sealed path that takes you all the way from The Bluff (at the far end of Franklin parade) to Goolwa (passing through Victor Harbor, Hayborough, Port Elliot and Middleton). There are doggy bag spots along the way Horseshoe Bay Iconic, picturesque bay & popular diving spot known for its coral reefs & variety of sea life. John Crompton Reserve John W Crompton Reserve – corner of Tabernacle and Nicholas Boudain, a lovely park with play equipment, gardens and a beach on the lake. Great for small and big kids alike. Kent Reserve Located at the Victor Harbor end of Franklin Pde, this large park has a small basketball court, adult gym equipment, BBQ facilities, shelters and toilets
