Located only 5km from Melbourne CBD, this modern 1 bedroom apartment in the luxurious Acacia Place complex comes equipped with all the essentials to make your stay in Melbourne a special one. Tram 109 departs meters from the apartment and takes you to the heart of the city for you to enjoy all Melbourne's quirky lane-ways, world class cafés and restaurants etc. Victoria Gardens shopping centre is across the road with Ikea, food court & supermarket. Two cafés are located right on the premises ! Free secure parking is also available within the complex.

Neighbourhood information

Located on the 4th floor with a large balcony the apartment is the perfect base from to relax, work or go sightseeing. The Yarra Capital City trail is located outside the complex which is perfect for an evening walk, jog or bike ride into the city along the Yarra river.
