This property is a basic , not luxurious, or fancy but very comfortable, well organised , cozy Demi-Apartment in Baldivis. 1min from Spudshed, 2mins from Woolworth, 2mins from Stargate shopping centre with lots of shops and Medical centre, 1min from Mc Donalds, 1mins from 711 petrol station and United Petrol station, 1mins from Chicken Treats, 1mins on opposite ways from celebrations and BWS Liquor stores, 4mins from the Children Forests - remarkably tourist attractions, close to several parks for skating,tennis,soccer,badminton, basketball, etc. 2 minutes to a nice lake ,great views. Opposite a daycare centre, etc infact it is in the heart of this town, an amazing neighbourhood. Free street parking in front of the property, entrance is by the side of the main building. It's a very private space and secure for sure. Has a kitchenette, bathroom, toilet, main Deluxe Queen size room enriched with decors, Netflix,wifi,big TV,etc, and another spare room opposite for study or for extra guests. All dressed and ready for your check-ins. Amazing Host who built this business from scratch and has attained growth implemented in this property. *Pet Allowed *Kids Allowed *Smoking Allowed outside of the inside if the property * Swimming facilities not far from here *Assorted Gyms-genesis,plus fitness,jetts,etc. not far at all. E.T.C CONS: It's just basic, not comfortable for heavy cooking as the cooker is a gas mate requiring butane cans,an entrance by the side walk of the house which i dont think should be a problem at all. See, it's perfect but not for Slay Queens or Kings

Cons- The Hot water system is faulty. Alternative use or substitute in place. PLS PARDON -HENCE FAIR PRICE.
