Positioned on the 4th floor, you can enjoy ocean views from your living room, or relax with lake views on your rear balcony. The living and dining room is filled with natural light, and thoughtfully furnished with modern, versatile pieces. Featuring a modern kitchen with dishwasher, internal laundry with washer & dryer, and bathroom with separate bath & shower, this property offers all the comforts of home. With an in-ground pool in the complex, you can choose between beach, lake or pool for your daily swims! This unit is located within a secure building with lift access. Guests also have access to a secure single car space, however please note, it is only suitable for a small-medium sized vehicle. ** Electric vehicles: E-scooters and E-Bikes are not permitted in any of our properties.
