Oceanview apartments is a well appointed, quirky, modern block of only 6 apartments overlooking the beautiful river at Nambucca Heads on the Mid Nth Coast of NSW, halfway between Sydney and Brisbane. This Luxury one bedroom apartment has its own private rooftop terrace with alfresco eating area, sun lounges and your very own hot tub to relax and unwind, sitting under the shade canopy or under the stars... There are wonderful views through the tree canopy (making this apartment very private) to the river and ocean. The open plan living area is light and airy with a relaxing feel to it, complete with comfy recliner chair, a long 4 - 5 seat leather lounge, a Single sized sofa bed lounge, large screened TV, table and chairs, and a fully equipped kitchen. The separate bedroom has a comfy queen-size bed plus en-suite with shower and toilet. All linen supplied except bring your own beach towel. Use of laundry with washing machine and dryer. Within the complex there is a communal in-ground swimming pool, a lift for easy access or stairs to this top 2nd floor apartment, with secure undercover parking on the ground floor. Walking distance to shops, river, boardwalks, parks, tennis courts, beaches, cafes, restaurants, RSL and VWall Tavern.
Hi there! My name is Louise and I would like to invite you to come and stay in Apartment 6A for a Relaxing, Rejuvenating & Enjoyable Holiday. I am a Civil Marriage Celebrant & love meeting people from all walks of life. I also LOVE to travel & explore new places. Apartment 6 on the top floor, has 2 separate apartments within. Both apartments have their own separate lockable doors and are separated by a long hallway. Apartment A is the main apartment that I let out to holiday guests which has everything you need to make your stay private and relaxing. Apartment B is my office and private use for when there are no holiday guests booked in. I have another place to escape to when guests are staying and if I do need to pop into my separate office/apartment, I will ask first and let you know when and what time. I love making my guests feel comfortable and relaxed, so I look forward to meeting you on your arrival, to welcome you to the area, show you through your apartment, advise how the spa works and answer any questions you may have.
What you can do in Nambucca... DISCOVER the many beautiful ocean or river beaches, some patrolled ,others a little more remote. VISIT the great lookout points to take in the vast natural surrounds. GET OUT ON THE RIVER good for boating, fishing, swimming and water sports. WALK along to the famous V wall to look at all the 'arty' graffiti that decorate the rock sea wall & even create your own memories if you so desire. You may even see some whales passing through or dolphins out frolicking. PLAY a game of GOLF on the very relaxed Island Golf course close by. RELAX or picnic in the many parkland reserves with free BBQ facillities. EAT OUT try the Wharf Street Cafe by the river, Matildas fine food restaurant, the Tavern with fabulous verandah views, the RSL with fabulous views down the river, all within walking distance. Or there is a fabulous Lom Talay Thai restaurant and a few cafe's up in the town. There are two main shopping areas one with a cinema. A big Woolworths within walking distance. Tourist information Centre. Trains, buses & airports close by. The main Pacific highway - Sydney to Brisbane, runs close by, but far enough away for a relaxed quiet stay.
