The fine print
Please note that this hotel will not accept any reservations for groups in which all guests are under the age of 18. Any guests under 18 years of age traveling without a parent or legal guardian must present a signed letter from their parent or legal guardian accepting responsibility for any damages.
You must show a valid credit card and photo ID (passport or driver's license) upon check in. This credit card and ID must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation, and a copy will be retained by the hotel.

A damage deposit of AUD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
