Close to Phegans and Woy Woy waterways, Sam's Shack is ideal for those who enjoy a spot of fishing off the shared jetty or kayaking and just a10-minute drive to the beautiful beaches, kids playgrounds, weekend markets and cinemas of Umina and Ettalong Beach. Main bedroom has a queen bed with TV, air conditioning, built in robe and ensuite with shower. Second bedroom has a queen bed. Kid's room or third bedroom has single bunk beds and TV area. * Open plan living space with Flat screen smart TV, Wi-Fi available * Kitchen contains electric cook top, oven, microwave, dishwasher * Outdoor entertaining with tiled deck, gas BBQ, outdoor setting for 4 and cosy lounges * Air-con in lounge and main bedroom, dining area seats 4, shared jetty * Only a short 10 min drive to Umina and Ettalong - markets, cinemas, ferry services * Main bathroom contains bath and shower.
