Located on the beautiful Shelly Beach oceanfront, this home is perfectly positioned on a quiet dead end street, just steps to the beach! Just a short drive or walk to everything needed, including amazing beaches, swimming spots, parks, coffee shops, and eateries. This is the perfect coastal getaway for two! Shelly beach is a magnificent destination for holidaying and escaping the hustle and bustle of life. Put your feet up and unwind or explore the Sunshine Coast and all its many wonderful things to see and do. There are beautiful stretches of shoreline and bike/walking trails to wander endlessly along. Only a short 3 minute walk to George Watson Park, a peaceful unpopulated parkland with glimpses of ocean through the trees... this truly is such a magical part of the coastline. As you walk through the front gate you'll find you have a secluded lush yard, leading you to your own private entrance. This yard is shared with the property owners, who have a small friendly dog. Upstairs: Admire the ocean views and the sound of crashing waves on the shoreline from the cosy open plan living/dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is fitted out with functional modern appliances including a fridge, freezer, microwave and coffee maker. There's no stove or oven, but electric appliances are included. Downstairs: The open plan bedroom and living space is decked out with a queen size bed, air-conditioning, TV and ensuite with a shower and toilet.

The home is located on the foreshore of Shelly Beach and is just steps away from the sand and rolling waves. The closest patrolled beach is Kings and Dicky Beach which are both a short drive away. The home is located within walking distance to Moffat Beach where there are cafes, restaurants and a grocery store. There is also a hospital, shopping centre, library, cinema, boat ramp and skateparks all close by.
