You are welcome to book if children will be under adult supervision at all times as this property is not child-proofed and does not include infant amenities (i.e. cot, high chair).

BED: The room has a queen-sized bed topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. The room also has plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage. BATHROOM: The bathroom has a shower, a bath, and a toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay. Amenities: The following basic amenities are situated within the room: - mini fridge - microwave - crockery and cutlery We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays. LIVING ROOM: The living room has a 43" smart TV which you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. Note that we don't provide Netflix, YouTube, and other online streaming platforms subscriptions, so you will have to use your own account. Please note that the apartment does not have a washing machine or stove/oven. If you require laundry services, we suggest you try "Top Cat Dry Cleaner," located at 158/45 Eastlake Parade, Foreshore, Kingston, Australian Capital Territory 2604. They are open from Monday to Friday from 7:00AM to 6:30PM, Saturday from 8:00AM to 6:00PM, and Sunday from 9:00AM to 5:00PM. Additionally, we would be happy to provide you with restaurant recommendations. PARKING: There are no dedicated parking spots for the apartment. However, free 2-hour parking is available at Tench Street and paid parking on Giles Street is charged per hour. Check in information will be sent two days before your check in date and any codes will be sent four hours before your arrival, to prevent fraudulent bookings. There is a key safe for self-check-in. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee.

Central apartment location with government offices, restaurants, shopping centers, and parks nearby. Top restaurant recommendations include Walt & Burley, The Dock, and Queenies. Must-visit places include Questacon, Old Parliament House, and National Museum of Australia.
