This two-bedroom, one level, beautifully furnished home has a large undercover deck area which is surrounded by gardens and a great BBQ area.  Two bedrooms both with ceiling fans and the main offering the second TV and access to the front deck area. Two bathrooms are provided with the main being renovated with a freestanding bath, shower, toilet and vanity.  The second bathroom is in the laundry area which has a shower and toilet, washing machine and dryer for guest's convenience.  Lovely open plan lounge/ dining area with timber floorboards, air conditioning, large flatscreen TV, DVD player and stereo system.  Large sliding doors open out onto the front deck area which is perfect to relax in the hammock under the shade of the trees.  There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, Kfee pod machine, family size fridge and complete cooking facilities, there is also another sitting area off the kitchen so you can sit back and read a book and take in the ambience that surrounds you.  Parking is either on the grass area at the front or side of the property, bring the boat as there is room to park the boat out on the grass as well.  Sheets and towels are not provided at th

Port Stephens is an easy 2.5 hours from Sydney, with its 26 beautiful beaches, the largest stunning sand dunes in the southern hemisphere, Great Lakes Marine Park and a National Park encompassing 42,000 hectares of Worimi Conservation Lands with fantastic coastal walks. If you love seafood you'll love the locally caught prawns, crabs and lobsters and freshly shucked oysters harvested from the sparkling blue estuary. An array of restaurants with spectacular views and waterside dining are available or a sunset dinner cruise or picnic at the beach might be more enticing. So many activities to do - Diving, fishing, Dolphin and Whale watching, Camel & Horse riding on the beach, boat hire, 4WD and quadbike sand dune rides, Golf, Health & Wellbeing and shopping are to just name a few.

This information is removed from our systems 14 days after check out. There is a $3000 security deposit taken during schoolies period that is taken prior to arrival. Unless specifically stated the property does not provide linen such as sheets, towels, pillowcases, tea towels, bathmats. We can arrange the hire of these at an additional cost. Guests locked out of the property should contact our office on 02 4980 4400 to arrange collection of a spare key at a cost of $80. Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.
