Dine at the breakfast bar or gather around the six-seater table to share a meal. After meals, step onto the covered timber deck, where a spacious outdoor dining area invites you to relax in the fresh air with glimpses of the Brindabella mountain range. A private lawn beside the home offers a quiet spot to read, stretch, or soak up the sun. Off the dining area are two peaceful bedrooms, each with a queen bed, ample storage, and leafy garden views. The primary bedroom also includes a vanity-style console table, perfect for getting ready. After an active day, refresh in the oversized bathroom, fitted with a glass shower, floating vanity, and a washer tucked neatly behind sliding doors—everything you need for a longer stay. Stay comfortable year-round with split-system air conditioning and heating in the living area and primary bedroom, plus portable fans for added flexibility. Free 24/7 parking is available for up to two vehicles on the gravelled area at the front. The home is fully private, but access is via a shared driveway. You will need to walk along it to reach the entrance gate. Please avoid driving down the driveway, as it’s not available for guest parking.
