- We will require you to sign check-in forms and provide an image of your government-issued ID and a photo holding your government-issued ID for security purposes. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. We keep 3% service fee. This is strictly a no party house. It’s in a residential area, please respect the neighbours.
- A damage deposit of AUD 500 is required. The property charges this, days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
- Guests under the age of 21 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
- This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
