!!!Rental price is Exclusive 50 euro Payment for cleaning service & depo if not cleaned properly OR free of charge under condition of doing it yourself (clean material and products available)->check by receival of video/pics of floor , bathroom, toilet and closet to be sent after check-out (return deposit after no complaint). You also NEED to bring bedsheets (1 Standard double and two separate normal beds) /towels. Covers and pillows plus covers available and are in closets onsite in appartment. Fully equipped and furnitured studio with internet access nearby Centre Knokke, zoute, duinbergen, Heist and the Beach. Easy access by Bike, tram, bus. Close to Bruges and Sluis by car. Superb view with terrace on the Lakeside front at the sunside. Indoor swimming pool and private Beach, lake ok for swimming. At 150 m tennisclub, padel, petanque, basket Field and safe playground children. (100 euro Caution possible -not always- at site)
