Located in the peaceful village of Hives near La Roche-en-Ardenne, this spacious villa is perfect for large families or groups seeking comfort and nature. Just 3 km from the town center and surrounded by forest, it offers easy access to top attractions like the Château Féodal, the Battle of the Ardennes Museum, and the scenic Barrage de Nisramont for kayaking and hiking. The Parc à Gibier and Maboge Beach also provide fun for all ages. The villa features seven bedrooms, many with en-suite bathrooms and balconies, including rooms with hot tubs and bunk beds for children.
