Self contained ground floor flat, lounge, fitted kitchen, bathroom, hall, one double and one twin bedrooms, spacious, Aircon, quiet village, central location, free WiFi and parking. Ideal for house hunters, holidays etc maximum sleeps 7 sharing.
As a self-catering apartment, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, hob, oven, a kettle, dishwasher toaster and a microwave. All appliances are new. Furniture is also new.
The apartment is a perfect place to relax and offers two large flat panel tv's, WiFi internet access. Licensed as strictly non smoking and no pets indoors. Large Patio area, external lawns village shops and post office are a short walk. Water is metered, use is free but electricity is charged extra and metered.
There is a washing machine fitted in the bathroom which has walk in shower and hot water heater.
Landlord lives in upper flat on site.
Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.
House Rules:
- Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed indoors and is fined.
- There is free parking on street and off stréet parking by prior arrangement with landlord.
- Smoking and Pets are not allowed in the property but outdoors. Smoking permitted outside. A bar and games room is almost ready not yet open which will provide large screen TV, new pool table, music, darts etc party lighting, licensed bar, etc
