Property information

Casa da Farofa is a 10-15 minute walk away from the main village & beach but is worth the walk. Guests enjoy the quietness and serenity of being next to a protected nature reserve and taking a break from the bustle and noise of the main tourist areas. The apartments are fully equipped for any length of stay and all have access to the pool area. Each apartment has a separate bedroom with a double bed & smart TV, bathroom with shower, living room with Smart TV, double sofa-bed & dining table, and fully equipped kitchen & external table. The entire property is smoke-free and promotes a tranquil environment in order to respect all guests. The resident pets, Farofa & Aipim (the iconic dog and cat) are always lazing around or curiously looking to guests for a pat or photo-opportunity.

Neighbourhood information

The house is situated on Rua do Campinho, in an area called Lagoa. It is a 10 minute walk from the main village & 15 minutes from the main beaches. The area is on the edge of protected nature reserve set amongst the trees of the island forest. Morro de São Paulo is considered safe and is possible to walk at any time of the day or night.
