Go Balkon offers fully equipped studios in a condominium with a leisure area and 24-hour remote concierge, in one of the most sought-after areas of the city. Notes: 1) After formalizing the reservation, a seasonal rental agreement will be signed and all guests must submit a valid photo ID (ID, driver's license, RNE or passport) and a current selfie to register at the concierge and grant access. 2) The condominium has a shared laundry room by OMO (charges apply). 3) Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as: swimming pool, gym and coworking space. They will not be able to use the gourmet area. 4) We do not provide parking spaces, but it is possible to park the car in a nearby parking lot (charges apply). 5) We provide bed linen, bath towels and blankets (1 complete set of linens will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linens and towels during your stay, this must be contracted separately). If you require extra cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply).
