It is a duplex penthouse divided into three doors; one for the apartment above, one for the apartment below and a door that gives access to the kitchen and serves the apartment below.

Neighbourhood information

It is a neighborhood well located in the historic center of Cabo Frio. Close to Fonte do Itajurú, Morro da Guia. It is 10 minutes from Praia do Forte and 15 minutes from the center.
