At Pipa Centro Residence we have created luxury, ocean view apartments in the heart of Pipa. When you choose to spend your vacation here, all of Pipa's attractions will be just steps from your door, yet it is quiet enough for quality relaxation. At Pipa Centro Residence you have all the privacy and convenience of having your own apartment away from home. We think they are the perfect accommodations for you to enjoy the town that we all fell in love with, Pipa! Please note that we do not have breakfast or daily cleaning included as we are a condominium of flats.

The location is, without a doubt, Pipa Centro Residence's best attribute. The bars, restaurants and stores are just steps from your door. Continue down the hill, a little further and you arrive at the beach!
