Ideally located in Itaim Bibi, one of the main financial districts of São Paulo, just 100 metres from Faria Lima Avenue,500 metres from both Parque do Povo and Iguatemi Mall and 2 km from Cidade Jardim Mall, Radisson Blu São Paulo features a swimming pool on the rooftop, a well-equipped gym and a solarium. The modernly decorated rooms offer a comfortable work space with easy access to electrical outlets and feature a 50” Smart TV with cable channels,air conditioning, a minibar, iron facilities and a private balcony. The private bathroom includes toiletries and hairdryer. Guests also benefit from a bottle of water as a courtesy. According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If the minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it will be necessary to present a written authorisation for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorisation must be notarised and signed by both parents.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.
