HOUSE REGISTRATIONS: • Services such as luggage, laundry van, extra cleaning are subject to availability and additional charges; • Check-in is carried out from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Check-out is due at 11am. If you want to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, please check availability and taxes; • Visits are not allowed. • All guests must send their identification document with, at least, 24 hours in advance; • The tenant must provide a list with complete names and documents of all the people who will be in the accommodation, respecting the maximum number of people. People outside the list are not allowed. • Use a service lift when you are carrying bagages or bathing suits; • Barulho barulho is prohibited after 10pm (Lei do Silêncio); • Separate organic waste from recycling, dispensing it into different containers; • When leaving, check to see if all equipment is disconnected. Failure to comply with this item will result in a fine per day; • For each reservation, we provide 1 set. of bedding per bed and 1 set. of bathroom clothes per guest. Exchange service for clothing or clothing can be contracted and paid separately. Be careful with products that may be damaged, as any damaged items may be debited from your security deposit; • Hygiene items, such as toilet paper, are provided as soon as the stay begins, and no refills are available.
