The Residence Villa Chobe is a luxury holiday home with a large private garden and balcony overlooking the Chobe River, located close to Kasane. Guests benefit from free WiFi, air-conditioning, and private parking available on site. There are four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a kitchen complete with an oven and a microwave. A flat-screen TV with cable channels is featured. Other facilities at The Residence Villa Chobe include a private outdoor pool, gas bbq and entertaining area, and guests can dine at Rudy's restaurant, located on the far side of the property.

The Residence Villa Chobe, is a luxurious 4 bedroom family home perfectly situated in a safe compound, 10km away from the Chobe National Park, 2km from the Zimbabwe border, and within walking distance of the Kazungula shopping centre. The property has a private pool, gas bbq, 3 bathrooms, and private secure parking. Let us organise your safari activities, boat cruises, Victoria Falls trip, fishing, massage and spa services. The Residence has a fully equipped kitchen or you can order food from the neighbouring Sunbirds Lodge to enjoy at the Residence or at Sunbirds. Most guests wish they had booked a longer stay to relax on the covered porch or by the pool, listen to hippos and the many colourful birds, as well as watch elephants walk by. As you will be surrounded by wildlife, it is not recommended for guests to walk outside the compound. The friendly staff will be happy to arrange transport for guests.
Very keen Motswana woman gardener who has worked in the hotel industry in and out of Chobe for more than 20 years. I have lived and traveled the world. Since I am surrounded by a variety of birds,I have developed a keen interest in the birds of Chobe, and guests can make use of our bird book to identify them. I love to stay in hotel/guest houses that have gardens. Being a family woman myself, I have made The Residence Villa Chobe a comfortable, relaxed and spacious place for those traveling with children.
Located in the peaceful neighborhood of old Kazungula, where Chobe bird life is outstanding, and elephants regularly walk past the property in full view of the balcony. Guests have close access to shopping center, tourist attractions and fishing.
