Joya del Mar is a beachfront home in Maya Beach, with a great location on the Placencia Peninsula. When you rent the whole property, you not only have a comfortable 1-bedroom main residence, but two additional private spaces with their own outdoor entrances. So it's great for three couples traveling together, or for families with older kids who can be on their own overnight. Use the full kitchen and living room of the main residence when you want to be together, but enjoy your privacy overnight. The Main Residence has a large king bedroom, living room, full kitchen, and balcony. The smaller Upper Suite has a queen bedroom, bathroom, small living room, small kitchenette and a large balcony as well. The Junior Room is simple and small – a queen sleeping space with a basic kitchenette and its own bathroom. Having separate entrances and with open railings, the Upper Suite is not suitable for kids but it's perfect older children or adults.

The property is centrally located in Maya Beach and is just 100 yards north of one of the best restaurants in the country - The Maya Beach Bistro. The supermarket and other amazing restaurants are in walking distance.
