Hello, my name is Francoise Lays. I do have a long story but I reserve it for when you come in Belize City. I will still give you a little taste of it. Born in Belgium, my parents brought me to Rwanda (Central Africa) till the age of sixteen. Departed for Belgium then Khartoum - Sudan for 6 years, followed by Texas, United Stated of America, then Belize Central America, Turks and Caicos, London, Switzerland and return to our dear Belize where the "roots" grew!!. My passions are: travelling, meet people, interior design, ballet. environment,...I am curious and love to listen to people's life experience. Do speak English, French, Italian and Spanish.

Villa Boscardi has the reputation to always be well manicured. We try our best to have a clean, cozy, peaceful, tastefully decorated environment where our guests can have the pleasure to enjoy a restful time. Our rooms are each decorated uniquely, where comfort and facilities meet. We just have added a gorgeous Jacuzzi in our back garden for you to enjoy and relax. A lovely garden surrounds the home and give some private areas to talk or read a book. Centrally located between the center of town and the international airport, one hundred yards from the Caribbean Sea shores, neighbor to the Prime Minister's residence, and offering some attraction as the Belize Rum Museum, and a lovely side walk along the Caribbean Sea .

Villa Boscardi is located North-West part of Belize City, one hundred yard from the sea shore of the Caribbean Sea where a leisured walk awaits for you. You will pass in front of the residence of our Prime Minister and go for a picture by the BELIZE sign made of giant letters. Having some free time, you can walk and visit our Belize Rum Museum stating all the different flavors of rum they do offer. With a quick taxi ride, you should not missed the visit of our Belize Museum which was a jail when I arrived in Belize City, the tour guided of the city always so interesting and fascinating. Please do not omit that Belize City, centrally located in the country, benefits of an easy access to the North, Est, South and West. With a short taxi ride you will visit Lamanai, Altun Ha (Mayan site), the Belize Zoo, the cave tubing and zip line, the west part of the country with Xunantunich, the Mennonite community, the ATM caves, or the short hop to Caye Caulker or San Pedro (Ambergris Caye), the inland Blue Hole,... But not only our history and beautiful tropical climate but the multitude of ethnic groups that live together in harmony makes us a little paradise scares to find now a days,
