With excellent views of Belize’s Caribbean Coast, the Xanadu Island Resort is located only 1.5 km from the San Pedro town centre and offers free Wi-Fi and a private pool. The resort’s 2- and 3-bedroom suites feature full kitchens, en suite bathrooms, air conditioning, TV’s, wardrobes and tiled floors. Each suite has a private terrace with a table, chairs and hammock and overlooks the pool and garden. The resort offers free Wi-Fi, a private heated swimming pool, free bike and kayak rentals and a tour desk where guests can book trips to the reef to dive, fish, or to arrange trips to the mainland to enjoy jungle and/or Mayan ruins’ tours. There is a supermarket, bakery, health-food store, pharmacy, restaurants, bars and more within a walking distance of Xanadu Island Resort. Belize Barrier Reef, the largest in the Western Hemisphere, is located only 10 minutes boat ride from the resort. The John Greif Local Airport is a 7-minute drive from the resort. There are also Water Taxi Companies, located 5 -10 minutes drive from the property, which bring and take passengers to and from nearby destinations, including Belize City and Caye Caulker.
