Sign our rental agreement – A standard document outlining your stay, house rules, and policies. It will be sent automatically and can be signed digitally in minutes. 2. Verify your ID – A quick, secure step required for all guests to help protect our community and property. 3. Select a damage protection option – • Pay a 50 CAD non-refundable damage waiver (covers up to 700 CAD in accidental damage), OR • Choose a 700 CAD refundable security deposit (held 2 days before check-in, released 5 days after checkout). A 2% fee applies; refunded total is 686 CAD unless canceled before processing. All steps must be completed to receive check-in details and entry instructions. HOT TUB RULES: -hours of operation 8 am - 10 pm a night and for registered guests only - Please read more of our hot tub rules in our house manual If glass or debris is found in the hot tub, a 500 CAD drain & clean fee will be deducted from your damage deposit. NOTE: - Hot tub currently out of service and under repair - No smoking of any kind (cigarettes, marijuana, or vaping). A fee of CAD 500 plus taxes will be charged if evidence found. - No Outdoor Footwear Inside the House - Our homes are stocked with essentials for approximately 7 days. For longer stays, guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies they need.
