Why I chose this location? Even thought this neighborhood just develop within in 10-15 years, but it has everything you need, I meant everything you can think of in Canada you can find here within 5-10 minutes drive, from natural park to regional shopping center, from regional hospital to all banks, from all type of brand of supermarkets to movie theater you name it. I can’t dress enough how continence this place is until you move in here. Why I move into this neighborhood? If you open a map of GTA (Greater Toronto Area), you will find Newmarket is located in the middle of Barrie and Toronto. right in the center, it’s supper convenience to travel between city, because it has two major high way available (404/400).
