We take pride in providing a warm and inviting atmosphere for our guests. From the moment you arrive, you'll feel right at home in this charmingly decorated, professionally maintained building. Our flat is equipped with brand new mattresses, plush pillows, fresh linens, and climate control to give you a great night's sleep. A fully appointed kitchen with high-end appliances means you can make meals easily, and speedy Wi-Fi keeps you (and our Netflix) connected. Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. To cover you up to 500CAD, it includes the choice between: Option 1: a security deposit with a non-refundable fee of 15CAD Option 2: a non-refundable damage waiver of 35CAD. We suggest using the ClickNPark app to reserve parking in advance. Transportation Access: • TAXI: Uber is the most affordable and quickest way to get anywhere from the airport. Your driver will pick you up from the departure level. • BUSES: Head to Mont-Royal Station to catch the orange line (7 min walk).
