*IMPORTANT* Regarding the cleaning fees- 100 will be refunded via EMT after cleaner confirms everything is in good order and cottage is left tidy and without damages and unattended garbage. pets extra charge and must stay off furniture. More could be refunded if house left exceptionally clean> Please ask about further refund via EMT on cleaning fees to bring your own bedding and towels
Remember this is a cottage in the bush. Mice can sometimes get inside as will insects if doors and windows left open. Wildlife can also be spotted outside. During the fall when the evenings start to get cool there could be occasional mice that sneak in. We do set traps and try to close off where they get in but one could get through from time to time
3 bedroom house with newer kitchen cupboards and flooring ready to rent out for your vacation on Manitoulin Island. This property is on a quiet dead end road only 15 mins from the Ferry Dock. Michaels Bay boat launch is just down the road and the Manitou River is across the street. Pets will be considered. House is fully stocked with all necessary cooking essentials. This is a house keeping cottage. Please refer to rules to ensure understanding what a housekeeping cottage is.
Just bring your food and you are all set for your time away from it all. Please inquire after booking about additional refund on cleaning fees to bring your own bedding and towels
