KEY PICK-UP: • Please note that keys for the unit must be picked up at an alternate KeyNest location before 10:00 PM. • We offer on-site, underground parking for one vehicle at CAD20 per night. Please inquire for further details about obtaining a parking pass. • To ensure a safe and secure stay for everyone, we require guest ID verification for all reservations. Thank you for your cooperation—we look forward to hosting you! • Please note that one of our sliding glass privacy doors had an unfortunate encounter with a past guest. It’s still fully functional and poses no safety concerns, it's just not looking its best at the moment! We're working hard to have it fixed as soon as possible. • No smoking or vaping inside the unit or in common areas. • Pets are strictly not allowed in this short-term rental. BUILDING RULES: • Guests must complete a Tenant Undertaking Form upon arrival (required by building manager Equium Group). • Maximum of 2 guests per bedroom. No outside visitors or social gatherings allowed. • No hanging of items (e.g., laundry, banners) from windows or balconies. • Do not dispose of cigarette butts or items from balconies – fines may be applied. • Thermostat must not be set below 15°C and should never be turned off. • Balcony doors must remain closed in extreme cold weather.

The hip Beltline area is bounded by 17th Avenue SW, with cool boutiques selling fashion, retro furniture, vinyl and quirky gifts. Dining spans trendy taco joints, locavore eateries and Korean restaurants, while nightlife encompasses craft beer pubs, live music venues and dance clubs. There are landscaped gardens at Central Memorial Park, while nearby Stampede Park is known for the annual Calgary Stampede rodeo.
