ABOUT THE HOME This bright and light updated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom property sleeps 8 and is perfect for two families or a large group. The unit offers a fully stocked kitchen, a private spacious balcony with BBQ, and a common rooftop hot tub with spectacular alpine and mountain views. Air conditioning added in June 2025 to Master bedroom, guest room and living room. Only unit in the building with AC. LOCATION Located in the quieter Upper village (a.k.a. Blackcomb benchlands), convenient to the ski lifts, shops and restaurants but away from the crowds. This Ski-in Ski-out condo is located at the base of Black comb Mountain, creating an idyllic sense of alpine seclusion with just a short 10 min walk to Whistler Village via the scenic Fitzsimmons Trail. Powderhorn is also serviced by a free regular shuttle (every 15 mins in winter) just outside the building to take you to other parts of Whistler. SKI-IN SKI-OUT Ski Out: The Wizard trail, 200m outside the building leads you to Merlin's Run on Blackcomb Mountain and down to the Wizard Express Chairlift. Ski-Home: via Merlins Run and exit right, just before the Aspens Hotel back onto the Wizard Trail. Front desk concierge services available. Order lift tickets
