This newly constructed house has been designed to offer you a warm and cozy stay. This private bedroom with ensuite bathroom boasts a Clean and Comfy stay. Your comfort is my top priority during your stay, ensuring a restful night's sleep on our Queen size bed upgraded with seal strip, comfy matteress and superior quality bedding, only for your sound sleep. -The bedroom was well maintained just like being at home! -Ensuite bathroom is clean and spacious with good water pressure and hot water -A mini fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and hot water kettle, to make you feel right at home -Washer & dryer meant you can stay longer -Only a short walk (4 min) to the grocery store, liquor shop and good restaurants. - A shortish walk to the Royal Oak train station (800 meter walk or you can gab a bus from the house). Convenient to Downtown, Stanly Park, English bay and shopping -A good day starts with great coffee, and we've got you covered. -Low cost & Flexible car rental services available

My home is located in Burnaby in one of the safest neighbourhoods. It is near Metrotown area, Central location: 1 min walk to bus stop; 4 min walk to 7-Eleven and Restaurants; 5 min to Elementary play stucture, 10 min walk to Royal Oak Skytrain station, Quiet and Safe community. Drive around 15km to Richmond Airport, DT Vancouver, Surrey Central City.
