Located within North Creek Resort at Blue, this beautiful studio condo offers guests access to resort amenities including a seasonal pool, year round hot tub, a lounge with a large screen TV and free shuttle to and from the Blue Mountain Village. It also offers ski in/ski out access and is perfect for families. Guests will be prompted, and are required, to complete a pre check-in process that includes credit card/identity verification as well as completing the Town mandated Renter's Code of Conduct. The process is online, secure, and can easily be completed on any device. House Rules - No Smoking within the unit or near doors/windows - No parties Guests who violate these rules agree that they forfeit their security deposit. Security Deposit covers accidental damage only. Fines/Tickets and Negligent Damage are guests sole responsibility
