This is a spacious 110 sqm, middle floor, 3 bedroom apartment with spectacular views of the Lauterbrunnen valley and famous Staubbach falls.
The living area has a full width south facing balcony for sunbathing or eating outside and captures the view of the snow capped mountains all year round.
The master bedroom has a sloping pine ceiling and looks to the Staubbach waterfall as do both other bedrooms and kitchen.
The apartment has an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area has spectacular views from all windows and leads out onto a large private balcony.
The master and second bedroom both have a king sized bed. The third bedroom has two single beds. All bedrooms have views of the Staubbach waterfall. In the livingroom there is a sofa bed.
The kitchens is fully stocked for easy home cooking with a fondue and raclette set.
The entire apartment has under floor heating. There is a lockable parking spot.
There are no chalets to the side or directly in front of ours and it is not by the road so it is quiet.
Whether your choice is Summer or Winter you can be sure of lots to do, or just relax with the fantastic views from our balcony.
I am Scottish and have lived in Switzerland for over ten years.
I am married with two small children and we have lived in Lauterbrunnen for over 5 years.
We love the area for the skiing, hiking and the mountains are just amazing
