Where one explore restaurants, festivals, markets, fairies boats to different parts of Ticino and Italy or simply explore nature and make a hike all the way to Rifugio Al Legn where the view and way is absolutely stunning. Casa Leyian is peaceful, romantic, cozy and the 500yr old stunning next door Rustico, does not disappoint. Isle Brissago is absolutely amazing to visit where you would feel like you're in a different world. The local Brissago restaurant are definitely a must. The pizzas are yummy! Gelatos are super yummy. There's a Mini golf & restaurant within walking distance from Casa Leyian, where you can eat, if you don't feel like cooking in Casa Leyian. (unfortunately, is closed during winter low season) but still a beautiful walk through the area where stunning Santa Maria Addolorata church is located would not disappoint. Local Brissago Lido, is great fun for kids to go swimming the whole day and one can eat at the Bistro restaurant which is also pretty yummy. If, one prefers to swim at the Lake, there're several spots where you can enjoy to swim or even go diving. Many cyclist, hikers, stop at the corner of Casa Leyian to enjoy the amazing views. Friends and guests enjoy going to the near cities such as Ascona, Ticino, Tenero, Ronco Ascona, Bellinzona, border Italy cities, such as Cannobio, Luino, all within 10-35mins driving distance. Brissago is great when major festivals of these cities are, where you enjoy the noise, hassle and when exhausted, simply comeback to a relaxing serene atmosphere at Casa Leyian.
