Please note, the house is a non-smoking property and there's a separate apartment on the top floor which does not have access to the garden, swimming pool or garage. Inside, the house offers a generous living space of 120 m², completely refurnished, which includes a large living-dining area with access to a spacious terrace and garden. You will find a modern, open kitchen, ideal for cooking together. Sleeping arrangements include a room with a double bed, another room with a double bed and a single bed, and an alcove in the hallway with another double bed. The facilities are comprehensive with a shower/toilet, radio/TV/video, telephone and WiFi available for a fee. A fireplace completes the offerings for cozy evenings. The surroundings of the house offer a wealth of sporting activities.
