Located in the centre of the small village of Charmey in the Gruyère region, Romantik Hôtel l'Etoile occupies a restored 17th-century building. Free Wi-Fi and free private parking are available. All rooms at Romantik Hôtel l'Etoile are decorated with wooden furniture and have cable TV, a minibar, a safe, and a hairdryer. The restaurant and the brasserie serve regional and seasonal cuisine. A large breakfast buffet is available every morning. A bus stop with connections to Fribourg is 150 metres away. Mountain bike and hiking trails start right outside.
