Chalet Monte Cristo in Zermatt located in the idyllic part of Zermatt called Winkelmatten, 500 meters from the Matterhorn Glacier Paradise Cable Car. All apartments offer free WiFi, a balcony or terrasse and a cozy living room with fireplace. Each unit is also fitted with a fully equipped kitchen, satellite TV, a seating area, and 2 bathrooms. Chalet Monte Cristo is equipped with a lift, a ski storage room and a laundry room. A restaurant can be found right next door to the chalet, in the Hotel Matthiol. The centre of Zermatt with the main shopping street and many bars and restaurants is reachable within a 20-minute walk or a 10-minute ride with an electro taxi. The closest ski bus stop is 100 metres away.
