Agua Marina is located in La Serena, only 750 mts from Cuatro Esquinas and 2.1 km from La Serena Light House. There is a garden and a swimming pool. Complimentary WiFi is provided throughout the property. Each unit features a fully equipped kitchenette, dinning area, seating area with a sofa, and a private bathroom. Ground floor apartments have a terrace while top floor apartments offer a balcony, both with outdoor dining furniture. All apartments have direct access to the garden and swimming pool. A TV is featured in all units. There is also a kids swimming pool next to the large one. The swimming pool area is enclosed for kids protection. The nearest airport is La Florida Airport, 10 km from the property.

Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%.
Foreign tourists: to be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars cash and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).
