Located only 3 blocks from the Yacht Club of Caldera and offering an outdoor pool and children’s games, Cabañas el Mirador Caldera provides bungalow and apartment accommodations with free WiFi access. An optional breakfast is served daily for an extra fee. Bungalow and the apartment are all fitted with a seating area, a private bathroom, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a dining area, a fully-equipped kitchen and bed linen. At Cabañas el Mirador Caldera guests will find a terrace which has ocean views. Other facilities offered at the property include a shared lounge, laundry facilities and free parking. The bungalows are located a 3-minute drive from the town centre of Caldera and a 5-minute drive from the town centre of Bahía Inglesa. Tornini Museum is 8-blocks away. Shuttle service can be arranged for an extra fee.

During the summer season (January and February) guests will be provided with a cleaning service once every 3 days.
LOCAL TAX LAW.
Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%
To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won't be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).
This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid seperately.
